Technology Transfer

The documented handover of a product and its process from one site to another, so the receiving site can make it to the same specification with evidence rather than hope.

What a real transfer contains

A gap assessment against the receiving equipment train, a mapped comparison of unit operations, trial and engineering batches, analytical method transfer with comparative results, process validation, and a signed transfer report. Anything less is a shipment of documents, not a transfer.

Where transfers fail

Almost always on scale-dependent parameters that were never recorded at the sending site — mixing energy, filtration load, lyophilisation heat transfer. We capture them during trial batches rather than assuming linear scale-up.
