Technology Transfer Enquiry

Send us the dosage form, batch size, destination markets and timeline. You get a capability and capacity assessment, a gap list against our equipment train and an indicative transfer plan — under NDA, within two working days.

What we need from you

The transfer sequence

Feasibility first: can the rooms, the equipment train and the laboratory actually make this product. Then a gap assessment mapping your unit operations against ours, a quality agreement fixing responsibilities, analytical method transfer run in parallel with your lab, engineering batches at full scale, process validation against a pre-approved protocol, and a signed transfer report with the stability programme started.

How long it takes

A straightforward oral solid or cosmetic transfer runs 12 to 16 weeks to validation. Sterile products run 16 to 24 weeks. Cytotoxic and lyophilised products sit at the top of that range because containment verification and cycle development cannot be compressed. We would rather give you the honest number at enquiry stage than the optimistic one.

Your intellectual property

An NDA is signed before any technical detail is exchanged. Process knowledge, formulations, analytical methods, cell lines and data remain yours; we hold them under the quality and confidentiality agreements and return or destroy them on termination. We do not develop competing products from transferred knowledge.

What you will get back

A written capability response naming the line and block, the validated batch envelope your product fits, the gaps we found and how they would be closed, an indicative timeline by phase, and the documentation we can provide for your filing. Enquiries are answered by Stancor Pharma's technical team, not by a sales desk.
