Loan Licence Manufacturing

Manufacturing at another company's licensed premises under a licence issued in the marketing company's name, with defined oversight of the batch by the licence holder's QA.

How it differs from third-party

Under a loan licence the marketing company holds the manufacturing licence for the product at our site and carries direct QA responsibility. Under third-party manufacturing, the licence and the product endorsement sit with the manufacturing site.

Which to choose

Loan licence suits companies with their own QA capability who want control and direct regulatory standing; third-party suits brands that want the dosage form without the quality infrastructure.
